Do Dham Yatra from Haridwar with Heliteerth

Let us share with you our day itinerary for the Do Dham Yatra from Haridwar, which includes Kedarnath and Badrinath.

Day 01:

Haridwar - Guptkashi

Starting the trip, the visitors will meet their representative in the morning at their Hotel, Airport, or Railway Station in Haridwar. After dispensing some basic information, we will start your journey. Meet our representative at your designated place, be it Airport, Railway Station, Hotel, etc. Thereafter, we will begin the drive towards Guptkashi. You can see the beautiful river Mandakini enrouting Tilwara. This river comes from Kedarnath when you drive alongside it while driving to Guptakashi. You can also visit the Ardh-Narishwar Temple in Guptakashi.

Later, upon arrival, check into the hotel in Guptakashi, which will be your overnight stay in the city. Dinner is arranged for you at the Hotel.

Day 02:

Guptkashi - Sonprayag – Kedarnath

We will begin our next day in the early morning next day after breakfast. Today we will route to Kedarnath, using any of the two options, i.e., one by trekking and the other via Helicopter. If you choose to go via Helicopter, then your driver will transfer you to the Helipad location in the morning. The helipad location can be one of any of these options, like Phata, Guptkashi, or Sirsi. The chosen helipad will be as per helicopter ticket time.

You must inform the driver of the helicopter timings on the previous day. You will uptake different aviation from different locations, as per the helicopter service chosen route. The driver will provide you pick and drop service to your hotel. One must timely inform the driver of helicopter timings as mentioned on the ticket. We recommend you apply for Advance Booking for the helicopter services, as helicopter tickets are not included in this package.

You can also visit Kedarnath via Trek. You will trek through the route to reach Gaurikund, from which you will drive to Sonprayag in the early morning after breakfast. The driver will drop you at Sonprayag, from where the drive is 5 km drive. You will also have a local jeep available in Gaurikund. You can book sharing basis jeeps directly to trek the 14 km stretch of Gaurikund to Kedarnath.

Visit the Kedarnath Temple upon arrival, and check in to the ashram. You can also visit Shankaracharya Samadhi, and stay overnight at the Kedarnath ashram. Breakfast and Dinner will be included at Ashram.

Day 03:

Kedarnath – Sonprayag – Guptkashi

In the morning, visitors can have their breakfast and thereafter explore their nearby areas by strolling at Kedarnath. You can later reach Guptkashi by trek or via Helicopter. With Helicopter, you must inform the driver of your leave for Kedarnath. You must properly convey your approximate return time as well as the helipad as mentioned on the ticket. The driver will pick up you from your return helipad and drop you off at the Guptakashi Hotel.

You can also reach back to Guptakashi via Trek. First, you must inform the driver of your approximate return time. After reaching Gaurikund from Kedarnath, you can take a local jeep to Sonprayag, where the driver will meet you. You must keep the contact number of the driver with you as there will be parking issues in Sonprayag. Upon reaching, you must call the driver for the pickup. You have to travel from Gaurikund to Sonprayag at your own cost in a local jeep. You can check in to the hotel upon arrival in Guptkashi, and stay for the night. Breakfast and Dinner will be included.

Day 04:

Guptkashi - Rishikesh - Haridwar

Next Day, you will check out from the hotel in the morning after breakfast. The ride will take you to Haridwar. On the way, you can also visit Rudraprayag as well as Devprayag. Lastly, we will drop you at your Hotel, Airport, or Railway Station in Haridwar at your convenience. The travel services will conclude on the final drop.
